These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at cryptodigitalsupport.com and the cryptocurrency recovery services provided by Crypto Digital Support ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Please read these Terms carefully alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a case assessment form, contacting us by phone or email, or engaging our services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are engaging our services on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Crypto Digital Support provides cryptocurrency recovery services including but not limited to: on-chain blockchain forensic tracing, cryptocurrency scam and fraud recovery, wallet and password recovery, blockchain forensics reporting, and AML compliance services. The specific services applicable to your engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences.
Our services are investigative and technical in nature. We make no representation that we are a law firm or that our services constitute legal advice. Where legal advice is required, we recommend engaging qualified legal counsel in your jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals and entities aged 18 or over. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from receiving our services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe the engagement would involve illegal activity or where we determine the case is not technically recoverable.
4. No Guarantee of Recovery
We provide honest, best-effort recovery services. We do not guarantee the recovery of any funds under any circumstances. Recovery success depends on factors beyond our control, including the behaviour of third-party exchanges, the movement of funds prior to our engagement, law enforcement cooperation timelines, and technical limitations specific to each case.
We will provide you with an honest assessment of your case at the outset and will not accept an engagement where we believe recovery is not technically viable. However, even where we assess recovery as likely, we cannot guarantee a successful outcome.
Any representations made in case studies, testimonials, or marketing materials reflect past results and are not a guarantee of future performance.
5. Fees and Payment
Success-based model: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our fees are charged exclusively on a success basis — a percentage of funds successfully recovered and returned to you. No fees are charged for unsuccessful recovery attempts.
Fee percentage: The applicable fee percentage will be agreed with you in writing before any recovery work commences. The percentage may vary based on case complexity, asset type, and anticipated recovery effort.
Payment timing: Fees become due at the point of successful recovery — when recovered funds are confirmed as transferred to your nominated wallet or account. We will issue an invoice at that time.
Corporate engagements: For blockchain forensics reporting and AML compliance engagements, an alternative fee structure (fixed project fee or hourly rate) may be agreed in writing. Such alternative structures will be documented in a separate engagement letter.
No upfront fees: We do not charge upfront fees, investigation deposits, registration fees, or any other form of advance payment. Any request for such payments would not be authorised by us and should be treated as fraudulent.
6. Client Obligations
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your case
- Cooperate fully with our investigation including providing requested documentation, transaction records, and communications in a timely manner
- Notify us immediately of any material developments in your case, including contact from the scammer, exchanges, or law enforcement
- Not engage any other recovery service for the same matter without our prior written consent
- Not take any action that could interfere with our recovery efforts or prejudice your legal position
- Report your case to the appropriate law enforcement or fraud authority in your jurisdiction where applicable
- Pay agreed fees promptly upon successful recovery
You represent and warrant that the information you provide is true and accurate, that the funds you seek to recover are lawfully yours, and that you have not engaged in any illegal activity in connection with the cryptocurrency you are seeking to recover.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all case information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your identity, case details, or any information you share with us to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to pursue your recovery (for example, submitting a forensic case file to an exchange compliance team with your authorisation).
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methodologies, tools, or processes we describe or use in the course of your engagement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Crypto Digital Support and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission.
Forensic reports and documentation we prepare for your case are prepared for your use only and may not be shared with third parties without our written consent, except for the purpose of legal proceedings or law enforcement cooperation related to your case.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Digital Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of our services or these Terms.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Where no fees have been paid (as in an unsuccessful recovery case), our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crypto Digital Support and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any false or misleading information you have provided to us.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement at any time by written notice. If you terminate before recovery is complete, no fees are owed. If we terminate due to your breach of these Terms, material misrepresentation, or discovery that the funds sought are not lawfully yours, we reserve the right to retain any fees already invoiced for completed work.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time without notice if we believe you are in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We aim to resolve any disputes arising from our services amicably and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your interests.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
